The Board of Governors
The governing body of the College is The Board of Governors appointed by the Executive Council of the Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM). The members of the Board represent pastoral, theological, institutional, administrative and management expertise with a deep sense of commitment to the cause of theological education and mission of the church. The Board is responsible for the general policies, management and development of the College as per the constitutional provision.

Administrative Officers
The internal College administrative functions are carried out by the Administrative Officers comprised of the Principal and the Deans of the College supported by a team of able Faculty and Staff members. The Faculty Council
The Faculty Council, consisting of the Administrative Officers, full time teaching faculty and the Librarian, is responsible for the planning, evaluation, recommendation (to the Board) and implementation of the academic, spiritual, thus ensures order and smooth running of the College programs by maintaining academic standard, wholesome spiritual and social discipline.
